Paul Randall is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 18 years of experience working in audit, corporate finance and general practice.

Paul has gained his experience from working with a range of clients with annual turnovers of up to £100 million, and also worked with AIM listed and private equity backed clients.

He has also advised clients on acquisitions, and has advised clients during the sale process to both trade buyers and external investors.
