What was your journey to RPGCC?
All our team member are individuals and it is this which sets one member of the team apart from another.
Our team will all have different journeys to us. Some might be early career and straight from college or University and come to us through our graduate recruitment scheme, some will come as part-qualified individuals who transfer part way through training.
Others will join us as fully qualified professionals, some with many years of experience who are seeking a different working environment, new challenges or promotion.
However, you end up at RPGCC we will welcome you with open arms and you will quickly become one of the team.
